In most cases, when visiting our websites, no personal data are required to be provided. Objective of the company is to provide the infrastructure for trading in structured products (certificates & warrants) on the FWB Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse)

External service providers and contractors in accordance with § 11 BDSG "Collection, processing or use of personal data by an agent" to fulfil their service contracts with us. We will transfer personal data only to achieve the objectives mentioned in section 5
|8.||Time limits for deletion of data
After expiration of the different legal liabilities and time limits for storage, the respective data are deleted. If data are not covered by those regulations, they will be deleted when the objectives mentioned in section 5 are no longer valid.
