Scoach Europa AG appreciates your interest in our company and our services. Your privacy is important to us and we want you to feel comfortable visiting our various sites. As with all our business processes, the protection of your privacy in the processing of personal data is an important concern to which we pay special attention. Personal data are collected, processed and used by Scoach Europa AG in accordance with the German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, abbr. BDSG).

Collection and processing of personal data

In most cases, when visiting our websites, no personal data are required to be provided. Only the current IP address of your computer, date and time, your browser type and computer operating system along with a record of the pages on our site which you access is logged. It is not possible to identify you as a person from this information. The data on your visit to our website which we store automatically in log files is used purely for statistical and security purposes.

Upon written request, Scoach Europa AG will inform you by letter what personal data we store as defined by the effective law. If such data is incorrect, we will correct that information at your request. In our public statement of data processing we summarize the information according to § 4e BDSG.

Objective of the company is to provide the infrastructure for trading in structured products (certificates & warrants) on the FWB Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse)
We will only collect, process, store and use your personal data in order to achieve the aforementioned objectives.
 
6. Description of affected persons and respective data and data categories
Customer data or the data of contact persons of our clients if this data is necessary to achieve the objectives mentioned in section 5. 
Personal data of employees (internal and external), which are normally necessary for the fulfilment of employment and service contracts.
Personal data of suppliers and service providers that are necessary for the fulfilment of contractual relationships.
Personal data of interested people and users who contact Scoach Europa AG or register for closed user groups.
 
7. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom data can be disclosed 
Governmental authorities only if there are compelling and superior laws in place. External service providers and contractors in accordance with § 11 BDSG "Collection, processing or use of personal data by an agent" to fulfil their service contracts with us. We will transfer personal data only to achieve the objectives mentioned in section 5
 
8. Time limits for deletion of data 
After expiration of the different legal liabilities and time limits for storage, the respective data are deleted. If data are not covered by those regulations, they will be deleted when the objectives mentioned in section 5 are no longer valid.
 
9. Planned transfer of data to third countries
We do not and do not plan to transfer personal data to third countries.
